Jubilant FoodWorks Limited is Indias largest foodservice company and is part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group. Incorporated in 1995, the Company holds the exclusive master franchise rights from Dominos Pizza Inc. to develop and operate the Dominos Pizza brand in India, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. In India, it has a strong and extensive network of 1,995 Dominos restaurants across 421 cities. In Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, the Company operates through its wholly-owned owned subsidiaries which currently have 50 and 28 restaurants respectively. Jubilant FoodWorks also has exclusive rights to develop and operate Dunkin restaurants in India and Popeyes restaurants in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan. The Company currently operates 31 Dunkin restaurants across six Indian cities and 42 Popeyes restaurants in fifteen cities. In 2019, Jubilant FoodWorks launched its first owned-restaurant brand ‘Hong’s Kitchen’ in the Chinese cuisine segment which now has 28 restaurants across three cities. Position Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager -HRBP Popeyes Brand

Reports to: Regional HR -South

Department: Human Resources - Popeyes


Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage entire gamut of HR activities for the assigned circle (from onboarding to exit).
  2. Responsible for induction and onboarding of new hires.
  3. Build strong connects with employees on the ground through weekly store visits, HR connect sessions, one-on-ones with critical talent, exit interviews, etc.
  4. Identify and highlight/address people issues.
  5. Drive performance management, capability development, employee engagement, and recognition programs as per regional people strategy.
  6. Address employee queries and grievances as per defined processes/policies.
  7. Drive the culture of compliance and ethical workplace through trainings.
  8. Guide business teams in reducing manpower attrition.
  9. Own the employee data for the circle, prepare MIS and monthly dashboards to enable decision making.
  10. Ensure hiring targets in your circle are met by the recruitment team as per TAT; provide hiring support to the recruitment team during peak seasons if needed.
  11. Continuously challenge and improve existing processes with collaboration from corporate teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. MBA/MSW in Human Resource Management.
  2. 3-6 years experience in handling large scale operations/sales function across any industry.
  3. Ability to analyze and solve problems for long term.
  4. Open to challenging the status quo.
  5. Analytical bent of mind.

Candidate should be open to travel across cities in Tamilnadu & Telangana.
