Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the Accounting KPO
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold emailing, and other outreach methods.
• Conduct research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-up and communication with potential clients.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored service solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to optimize service offerings and marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity, progress, and forecasts to management.
