DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE JOB:

This job is full-time service support for hardware repair, formatting of HDD, loading OS and other applications like MS Office, antivirus, etc., configuration of mails, network, backing up the data of the user, opening the PC, laptop, and printer, and servicing of the same like replacement of HDD, motherboard, SMPS, L/C of printer, fuser assembly, Teflon sleeve, pressure roller, carriage assembly rollers, and other on-site tasks.

Hence, candidates should have experience in a similar field to be given preference.

Graduate or diploma holders must have good knowledge of computer hardware, desktop, laptop, and printer service support.

Candidates should have knowledge of Kannada and English.

Since this is customer support, candidates should be flexible to work according to customer call requirements rather than sticking to regular working hours.

Must have a bike or scooter as this is a field job.

WORKING DAYS: MONDAY TO SATURDAY (6 DAYS A WEEK)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
