Bharat Electronics Limited is a Navaratna and India’s premier professional electronics, multi-unit, multi-product, Public sector Company under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. BEL, Bengaluru complex is engaging Engineering Graduates to undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) through the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Candidate’s domicile must be from Southern Region (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala & Pondicherry) only.
2. Candidates should possess a Graduation from a recognized Board/University on or after 01-07-2020.
3. Candidate’s upper age limit is 25 years. Relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for Persons with disabilities.
4. Minimum Percentage in Graduation for General & OBC candidates should be 60% & above; for SC/ST candidates, it should be 50% & above.
5. Candidates who have undergone or are undergoing Apprenticeship Training under NATS or NAPS in any other establishment/organization are not eligible.
6. Candidates who have acquired or are pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.

SELECTION PROCESS

1. Selection is purely based on the merit of the marks secured in the written test.
2. Candidates having CGPA scores or a Grade system should convert them into percentages as per their respective university norms. Conversion details prescribed by the university/college should be furnished.
3. Statutory Reservation will be as per Government norms.

The monthly stipend will be Rs.11,110.
