As we scale, we are building a robust inventory team to ensure precise control over our SKU-intensive, batch-sensitive product portfolio.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and technically sound Assistant Manager Inventory who understands the nuances of batch-wise, lot-wise inventory control and can manage a tech-integrated inventory system. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working across platforms like SAP, Tally, Unicommerce Portal, and able to support end-to-end inventory accounting and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage inventory systems with batch-wise, lot-wise, and expiry tracking
• Ensure real-time inventory synchronization across production, warehouse, and sales channels
• Manage and maintain inventory data using: Unicommerce Portal, SAP MM/FICO/Inventory/Accounting, Tally Prime/ERP9 and TDL
• Prepare and reconcile GRNs, BOM entries, WIP stock, dispatches, and returns
• Assist in inventory accounting, valuation, consumption tracking, and cost control
• Oversee stock audits, monthly physical verifications, and system vs physical reconciliations
• Monitor stock age, stock flow, warehouse movements, and damage/expiry-based actions
• Generate detailed MIS reports, stock ledgers, and TDS/GST linked inventory statements
• Collaborate with production, purchase, sales, and accounts to ensure smooth material flow
• Maintain master SKU data, HSN codes, lot IDs, batch numbers, and UOM accuracy

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Operations, SCM, Finance preferred)
• 5 years of core inventory experience in FMCG/food/retail/eCommerce
• Hands-on expertise with: Unicommerce, SAP MM, SAP FICO, SAP Inventory/Accounting, Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime, and TDL
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Advanced Formulas)
• Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO, WMS, inventory closing, SKU tracking
• Experience with multi-location inventory management & e-com stock mapping
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and system-oriented approach

Nice to Have:

• Experience in dry fruits, nuts, or food-grade inventory handling
• Exposure to tech implementation projects for ERP/WMS
• Experience in handling fast-moving SKUs across multiple marketplaces
