1. Capex Planning & Plant Budget: Assist the packeting Centre unit head in Capex Planning & plant cost budget.
2. Monitoring Cost and Lead Cost Optimization Savings Projects
3. Planning and Scheduling the Financial Tracking of the Unit as per Budgetary Provisions
4. Oversee Stock Control and Audits

Customer Service

1. Ensure that quality standards are being maintained while ensuring production volume as per the production volume.
2. Ensure the Legal & Statutory compliances of the Plant.
3. Sustaining Food Safety, EHS, ISO 50001 certifications, other certifications in future & maintaining GMP/ GHP standards
4. RCA and Investigations Analysis of Defects & Oversee Customer Complaint Management System
5. Coordination for All System Audits and Certifications

Internal Processes

1. Packeting Centre Operations: Assist packeting centre unit head in day-to-day operations & functioning of the plant, ensuring the production volume is as per the production plan.
2. Ensure the stock control and stock count as per the plan.
3. Conduct Plant level gap analysis and escalation of findings.
4. Spares management and coordinating with Maintenance team on Key Deliverables
5. Monitor and Plan Preventive maintenance Execution coordinating with Maintenance team as per the schedule.
6. Oversee all SAP Transactions In All Modules
7. Lead Continuous improvement Project.
8. Coordinate with NPD, Quality, Purchase, Finance and Logistic team for smooth operation
9. Internal and External Stakeholders Management
10. Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
11. Responsible for Safe Work Culture at Plant and Zero Harm Adherence
12. Leading the Safety Initiatives in the Plant
13. Portal Management of Various Functions like Legal/ Statutory, Safety, Operations and Engineering
14. Adhering to MIS Reporting Timelines

Innovation and Learning

1. Foster Innovation in process optimization & involvement in improving Plant efficiency, plant maintenance & Cost Control & activities.
2. Lead digitization initiatives at the unit level
