Create Distribution infrastructure/Network (SS/Distributors) in the assigned State/Region for New Brand on Advance Payment.
Recruit, train & manage a team of ASE/Sales Officer/TSI.
Develop monthly/annual sales plan (volume/value) for assigned territory in consultation with the RSM/NSM.
Lead SO/TSI in executing field marketing/placement targets and sales objectives.
Prepare sales and rolling forecast brand-wise/product-wise/SKU-wise.
Collect, capture and convey feedback to HO on all aspects of the business (including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc.) across channel, users, and field employees.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum graduate with 10 years+ experience in the respective State in Cosmetics, Perfumes, Deo, Skin Care, or Personal Care category.
Must be capable of creating distribution infrastructure (SS/Distributors) on advance payment in the assigned area.
Must have good relations in wholesale & SAMT/Cosmetics.
