Accounts Assistant Manager (AP & AR)

Kopi Kenangan, the first SEA F&B Unicorn, with more than 1000 retail coffee outlets across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and India is hiring an Accounts Assistant Manager (AP & AR) in Gurgaon, Delhi, India.

As an Accounts Assistant Manager (AP & AR) at Kenangan Coffee India, you will be the liaison for other departments in our India office on behalf of our Finance Shared Service in Indonesia to work with our India based external outsourced accounting vendor. If you have more than 3 years of financial accounting experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Food & Beverage (F&B) sector exposure, we want to hear from you.

Working location: Gurgaon, Delhi, India

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years' financial accounting experience (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables) in F&B, QSR, Restaurants Industry in India.
• Hands-on experience in financial accounting handling AP, AR, up to GL.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with proven hands-on financial accounting experience.
• Collaborative, conscientious, strong in follow-up and keen eye for details.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cash deposit monitoring and communication with the Operations Team on any reconciliation issues from POS.
• Petty cash handling.
• Responsible for collating all documentation (financial accounting related); 3-way matching of all these documentation; then send all checked and collated documentation to the outsourced accounting firm. Documentation includes, but is not limited to, invoices from vendors across all departments; goods received receipts; etc.
• The external accounting firm will be responsible for all financial accounting data entry; whereas the Shared Service Central Accounting team based in Indonesia will handle payment.
• Liaison with the external outsourced accounting firm supporting the Indonesia Shared Service Central Accounting Team on any enquiries.
