Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Records: Maintain accurate records, ledgers, journals.
- Tax Compliance: File returns (GST, Income Tax), ensure timely payments.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare statements, budgets, forecasts.
- Audit Support: Assist audits, ensure timely completion of audits.
- Payroll: Manage salaries, deductions (EPF, ESI, TDS).
- Cost Control: Monitor expenses, recommend savings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Basic knowledge to legal filings (RoC).
- Advisory: Provide financial planning, investment advice.
- Risk Management: Identify, mitigate financial risks.
- Technology: Use tools (Tally, SAP), secure data.
Skill(s) Required
Accounting, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), MS-Excel, MS-Office, Tally.
Minimum Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
