Job Title: Swedish or Finnish Sales and Marketing Executive

Contract: Permanent, Full Time – Mon-Fri

Salary: €32,000 base pay with OTE of €48,000+ benefits

Location: Dublin City with hybrid plan available (2 days WFO and 3 days WFH)

An exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sales and/or digital marketing within a well-known IT company. This role involves B2B sales, business development, and customer support, within the digital marketing sector. Our client is looking for fluent Swedish or Finnish speakers to join the team involved in advertising campaigns for a top social media platform with an aim to gain and strengthen business partnerships, and to manage the digital media presence of these partners and assist in them advertising their brand.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage with new potential business and clients
• Be the first point of contact for clients of the business
• Manage current and future accounts, nurturing current and future client relationships
• Work alongside the team to create winning marketing and advertising strategies
• Offer your expertise and insight into winning outreach campaigns
• Work towards tight deadlines, KPIs and targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish or Finnish
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales
• Demonstrated experience with account management and interfacing with clients
• Proven experience creating winning outreach strategies and marketing campaigns
• An interest in technology and social media
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
