On behalf of our esteemed client, a global organization operating in the Life Science industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/Front-End Developer to join their dedicated team.

Our client is a recognized leader in integrated Artwork Management System, Artwork Creation, and Production Services. With a strong focus on patient safety, they are driven by innovation, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to product development. Having established themselves as a preferred partner to top pharmaceutical companies and over 150 Life Science companies worldwide, our client plays a crucial role in creating, managing, and distributing labeling and packaging assets across the globe.

In collaboration with Tech Mahindra, our client is embarking on a digital transformation journey aimed at revolutionizing the world of labeling and packaging artwork. Together, they aspire to become the premier provider of Life Science and Commercial Labelling, Artwork Production, Artwork Management, and Software Solutions to leading global brands.

As a Senior UI/Front-End Developer, you will contribute to this mission by designing and developing front-end functionality for applications. Your responsibilities will include designing effective approaches for implementing new functionality, conducting research and developing Proof of Concepts for new libraries and integrations, and leading a team of Front-End Developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing self-contained, testable, and reusable UI modules and components.
2. Developing web tools such as Layout Designer, Workflow Designer, and Business Rule Engine.
3. Creating user interfaces using HTML5 and Bootstrap.
4. Integrating Front-End tools and components with the back end.
5. Conducting research and development activities for ongoing projects.
6. Providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to a team of Front-End Developers.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in the ReactJS framework.
2. Strong background in UX or UI design.
3. Ideally, experience in developing Low Code based platforms.
4. Excellent analytical and coding skills, with a keen eye for debugging.
5. Proficiency in unit testing and performance-oriented UI development.
6. Professional and effective communication skills.
7. Good to have experience in PHP, DOTNET, or any backend development.
8. Preferably, familiarity with Cypress.
