Our client is an architectural design practice based in Cork looking for an Architect / Architectural Technologist to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Producing detailed drawings for building regulations applications and tender packages.
2. Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
3. Attending meetings with clients, contractors, and other specialists.
4. Coordinating the work of contractors.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years experience working in an architectural firm.
2. Irish / UK experience is ideal.
3. Good understanding of Current Building Regulations and Government Framework projects.
4. Sound communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
5. The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
6. Excellent IT skills; including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and preferably BIM.
7. Ability to work within financial budgets.
8. Ability to problem-solve and raise critical issues in a timely manner.

Package:

Salary €30k - €50k negotiable for the right candidate.
