Generative AI Project (Evening Shift) - French

We are looking for Annotators for a large social media company. The ideal candidate has previous experience in effectively coping with a fast-paced, high-pressure role in a constantly changing business environment.

As an Annotator, your role will be to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model (LLM). You'll generate realistic questions that someone might ask in a real-life context, and provide the best possible answer. This task will involve you reviewing a set of guidelines, and creating sample prompts and responses in your area of expertise.

  1. Annotate data accurately and consistently, and by predefined annotation guideline.
  2. Evaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as the output of machine learning classifiers and internal tools.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization.
  4. Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately.
  5. Provide feedback on the annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process.
  6. Provide insights regarding observed patterns in the annotated data.
  7. Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.

Requirements

The candidate must possess a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be flexible and analytical with the ability to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotations.

Essential competencies needed for this role are:

  1. High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
  2. High Fluent level in French in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of the culture and social trends in the region (open for speakers from Congo, France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Canada).
  3. Educational background – undergraduate university degree or higher qualification.

Salary and Benefits

€29, per year as base salary with a 25% salary uplift for the late hours from 10 pm to 2 am (in total, up to €33, per year).

Permanent full-time

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, Evening shift (6pm - 2am).

Location:

Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South

This is an office-based job. Work from home / remote work is not an option. Employees are classified as essential workers.

IMPORTANT:

  • Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for a minimum of 12 months or renewable).
