Food Production Manager

Please note: this role will be covering the PM shift so general working hours would be between 4pm - 1am / 5pm - 2am.

We’re looking to strengthen our people management at our Naas Doughnut Factory. This is a days based role, working a full time contract of 45 hours per week.

Contract: Full Time Days, Permanent, working 5 out of 7 days (to include weekends)

What will I do as a Shift Manager:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Krispy Kreme manufacturing process. As Shift Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of employees during their assigned shift, from the shop floor. This includes supervising staff, delegating tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow. As Shift Manager, you are responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, addressing any issues that arise during the shift, and providing guidance and support to team members. You will ensure that consistency, quality, Health & Safety, and productivity are maintained throughout the shift and act as the most senior person on site in the absence of the site manager.

What we’re looking for in a Shift Manager:

1. Food Manufacturing experience
2. Leadership and People Management experience within an FMCG/Food environment.
3. Experience in continuous improvement processes and methodology
4. IT literate with good verbal and numerate skills
5. Strong communication skills
