Position Description

The duty of the Depots team is to provide efficient support to delivery teams while maintaining adequate security, adhering to work practices, and ensuring strict controls are in place for indoor and outdoor operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. The custody and security of stocks and stores premises
  2. The physical movement of stocks in and out of stores
  3. The implementation of a wide range of stores procedures and regulations
  4. The control of bulk issue materials
  5. The operation and use of computer systems, forklifts, and stores handling equipment
  6. The supervision, control, and training of staff

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Leaving Certificate or equivalent work experience.
  2. A working knowledge in the use of Information Technology
  3. An appreciation of stores operations
  4. An ability to work with all staff groups to provide an effective storekeeping service
  5. Minimum Level 6 Supply Chain Qualification or expected to attain this qualification within 4 years.

Starting from €32,000 per annum
