Deli Manager - Full Time

GlennonEUROSPAR Group require full time Deli Managers to join their amazing team.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To ensure the fresh foods department is profitable, operates efficiently, effectively, and hygienically to ensure safe food commensurate with the highest standards of service and products.

Applicants would hold an advantage if:

1. Currently in a deli management role
2. Can bring Food Safety Certs to interview
3. Have 2+ Years experience in a busy deli
4. Have 1+ Year experience managing a busy deli

The ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes:

1. Proven ability in managing retail sales team including the following:
2. Planning & organising
3. Problem solving
4. Managing performance
5. Excellent knowledge of HACCP requirements with a relevant qualification
6. Excellent interpersonal relations
7. Excellent understanding of consumer needs
8. Proven track record in achieving agreed targets
9. An excellent commercial acumen with the ability to anticipate and react to market changes
10. Committed to continually improving standards
11. Self-motivated
12. The ability to work in a pressurised environment
