Position: Customer Service Agent – German Speaking
Location: Dublin (20 minutes from city centre)
Type: Permanent
Hours of Work: 8 hour shifts. Rotating 8 week roster with day, evening, alternating weekends and 1 week of night shifts (nights worked remote).

Our client is seeking to employ a Customer Service Agent to join their team. This is an amazing chance to work with a team that is the heart of the business and excel at delivering a high level of customer service to our customers. Within the role, you will be responsible for supporting our customers’ needs via a variety of communication channels.
Your role will involve providing strong customer service and assisting with communication on a range of projects within the business dealing with NGOs globally, and international medical repatriation situations including implementation of administration processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and administration skills and enjoy a fast-paced and varied role. You will have the opportunity to work in a role with a clear progression path, alongside an experienced team and gain excellent exposure.
