Change and Transformation Consultant

Very exciting opportunity based in Cork. If this is an area you have 2 to 5 years’ experience in and would like to know more, please do get in touch.

Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years' experience leading/delivering/supporting projects, specifically within the area of People & Change or Organisational Transformations.
• Understanding and practical experience of organisational design and workforce planning projects would be an advantage.
• Strong Project Management skills - PM certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience and a passion for people development, coaching and mentoring.
