Architectural Technologist - Residential Projects - Rathmines, Dublin

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location: Office Based / Hybrid

Experience: 3+ years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our Client is a small practice that specializes in the design and development of residential projects.

You will be responsible for delivering detailed design packages and ensuring the delivery of the design brief using your technical building expertise.

You will report directly to the senior architects and ensure deadlines are met and details are produced accurately and efficiently.

Draw and detail in both AutoCAD and Revit.

Requirements

1. 3+ years professional experience
2. Excellent computer literacy and experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit) - Training can be provided
3. Strong detail design and technical knowledge
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills
5. Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Package

Salary negotiable €45k - €55k depending on the level of experience.
