Zone Manager Operation

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Analyze Callback to improve performance and zero unplanned breakdown.
• Managing Operation team to fulfill the Services with good quality and proper standard.
• Assisting and coaching Supervisor to have Micromanagement and working effective.
• Create an executive summary for customers regarding lift performance, activities and plans every month.
• Carry out planning for maintenance of high-rise buildings.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of working experience in Lift Industry (Prefer have experience handle High Rise Building).
• Required language(s): English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365.
• Required Skill(s): Basic dealer operation management, High Leadership skill.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Domicile in Jakarta Area.
