Job Summary
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging, creative, and on-brand content for various social media platforms. This role involves creating visually appealing and compelling content that aligns with the organization’s objectives, enhances audience engagement, and strengthens brand presence. The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate with internal teams to ensure content consistency, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in graphic design, video shooting, and editing, as well as staying up-to-date with social media trends, audience behaviors, and best practices to drive meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, captions, etc.) for social media platforms that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Develop content plans and schedules to maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence.
- Design visually compelling graphics and motion content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Shoot and edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and digital teams to execute content strategies effectively.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to refine content strategies.
- Optimize content for each platform to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance, using insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on the latest social media tools, features, and best practices to enhance content strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, preferably in marketing or social campaigns.
- Strong creative skills in content creation, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to shoot and edit videos using tools like CapCut.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and content optimization.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and audience engagement.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Passion for social media, creativity, and staying ahead of digital content trends.
