为了支持我们在Bintan的建筑项目，我们正在招聘2-3名中文翻译。
To support our construction project in Bintan, we are looking to hire 2-3 Chinese translators.

工作内容：
Responsibilities:

负责项目现场的中文与印尼语翻译工作。
Provide Chinese to Indonesian translation at the project site.

协助项目中方人员与印尼当地人员进行日常交流。
Assist Chinese-speaking project staff in daily communication with local Indonesian personnel.

在施工现场和办公室环境中进行双语翻译，确保项目各方沟通无障碍。
Perform bilingual translation in both construction site and office environments to ensure smooth communication among all parties involved in the project.

处理和翻译项目合同、技术规范、会议纪要等文档。
Handle and translate project contracts, technical specifications, meeting minutes, and other related documents.

熟练掌握中文，具备良好的口语和书面表达能力
Proficient in Chinese with good oral and written communication skills

印尼籍，了解当地文化和工作环境
Indonesian nationality, familiar with local culture and work environment

具有建筑行业相关工作经验者优先考虑
Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred

良好的沟通能力，能在多文化团队中高效合作
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team
