Workday Implementation Consultant for Indonesia.

Job Description:

1. Working with the leads to consult with external clients and participate in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment for Workday HCM application.
2. Effectively executes client deliverables from start to finish across multiple, concurrent projects utilizing Strada's quality standards and consulting methodology.
3. Manages self and work to project scope and timeline. Coordinates with leads and other functionals when applicable.
4. Listens to client requests, assesses actual client needs, provides subject matter expertise, proposes alternatives, and recommends solutions.
5. Frequently discusses, and can articulate to clients, lessons learned from previous client experience, Workday best practices, as well as Strada's Point of View.
6. Participates in building the Strada Brand by participating in Workday ecosystem product groups/chats.
7. Serves as Subject Matter Expert in functional/technical area.

Job Qualifications:

(Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies)

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
2. If not already a holder of the relevant Workday Certification, successful completion of appropriate Workday Certification(s) is a requirement of the role, as well as ongoing successful re-certification.
3. Additional Workday certifications may be required.
4. Able to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
6. Proven experience working creatively and analytically in a dynamic environment.
7. Demonstrated advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Exhibits problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting issues and escalates as appropriate.
9. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, including clear articulation of complex messages and requirements.
10. Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
11. Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas.
