WMS Senior Consultant

This role offers a unique career opportunity: The selected candidate will be placed at Intramega Global for the first three months and will then transition into a permanent role at our customer’s organization in the Bogor/Cibubur area.

As a Senior WMS Consultant, you will be responsible for leading WMS implementations, configurations, and optimizations, ensuring that our customers achieve seamless, efficient, and scalable warehouse operations. This role requires a strong technical background, business process expertise, and project leadership skills to drive successful WMS deployments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead WMS implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct business process analysis and translate customer needs into effective WMS solutions.
• Configure and customize WMS functionalities to optimize warehouse operations.
• Support EDI/Interface Integration using C#, Windows Services, and relevant middleware.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server or Oracle databases for WMS reporting and data management.
• Ensure successful execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide Go-Live support and post-implementation troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to WMS adoption.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend best practices and continuous improvements in WMS processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.00).
• 3+ years of experience in WMS implementation, consulting, or system integration.
• Deep knowledge of WMS, ERP, and supply chain management systems.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server or Oracle database (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Experience in developing reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Jasper Reports is a plus.
• Proficiency in EDI/Interface Integration and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with both technical and business teams.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a consultative approach.
• Willing to be placed in Bogor/Cibubur area after the initial three-month period at Intramega Global.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
