Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Management Analyst at PT. INFOMEDIA NUSANTARA in Yogyakarta/ Semarang. The Workforce Management Analyst will be responsible for tasks related to analytical workforce management, communication, WFM system utilization, and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills, Workforce Management, and Workforce Planning
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with WFM system
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of workforce forecasting and scheduling methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
