Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Calling and receiving calls from clients
2. Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
3. Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
4. Completing applications for insurance products
5. Attending ongoing, optional training sessions

1. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
2. Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go
