WESTERN/ITALIAN FOOD SOUS CHEF

Requirements and Skills

  1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma Certificate in Culinary
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as Western/Italian food Sous Chef from luxury hotel brands
  3. Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
  4. Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  5. Familiar with industry’s best practices
  6. Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
  7. Well-organized, attention to detail, leadership, interpersonal communication and problem solving.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Available for flexible hours
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this position
  • Applicants must have an ID card
