Web Design & Developer

About The Role

Responsible for designing the overall layout and aesthetic for websites. Include coding web pages or entire websites, meeting with clients to review website templates or refine their designs and running tests to preview layouts and website features.

Core Work Activities

1. Creating the visual elements of the website, including graphics, layouts, and user interface components.
2. Developing a plan for the website's structure, layout, and functionality.
3. Writing the code for the website using languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring the design to life.
4. Implementing on-page SEO techniques to improve the website's visibility in search engines.
5. Making necessary updates, fixing issues, and ensuring the website continues to function properly.
6. Maintaining communication with the client throughout the design and development process.

Key Requirements

1. Proven experience in Web Design or a related role, with at least 3 years of experience.
2. Proficient in English language, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in graphic design, layout, and visual aesthetics to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
4. Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building and styling web pages.
5. Understanding of UX principles to create websites that are easy to navigate and provide a positive user experience.
6. Basic knowledge of JavaScript and other scripting languages for interactive elements on websites.
7. Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
8. Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment.
