Salary

Rp 5,500,000 - 7,000,000

Job Role

• Supervise and coordinate order fulfillment
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of incoming goods, including quality and quantity checks
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in order fulfillment
• Ensure accuracy of inventory management and warehouse processes
• Perform a check on received goods in accordance with SOPs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer concerns

️ Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in the E-commerce industry
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and accuracy
• Proficient in computer skills
• Willing to work on public holidays if required
