Warehouse Supervisor

Coordinating and Monitoring the Availability of Goods:

• Historical Sales Data: Managing historical sales information to predict future product demand.
• Order Planning: Organizing and planning product orders based on predicted needs and historical sales data.
• Purchase Request Letters: Ensuring that the procurement process is carried out according to the planned needs.
• Warehouse Stock Aging: Monitoring the age of the stock in the warehouse to ensure that unsold or long-stored items are managed properly.
• Handling Product Returns: Managing the return of goods in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Coordinating, Implementing, and Monitoring the Goods Delivery Process:

• Delivery to Customers: Coordinating and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to customers as per orders.
• Effective Expedition Hours: Monitoring the efficiency of the delivery process to ensure timely shipping.
• Pending Orders: Monitoring pending orders to avoid delays in the delivery process.
• Service Level: Ensuring that the service level for delivery meets the required standards and customer expectations.

These tasks focus on ensuring the smooth flow of goods from procurement to delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement:

• Maximum age of 35 years
• Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree (any major)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisor position
• Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of FMCG warehouse mechanisms / food distribution
• Proficient in transport management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
