Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute the procurement process for goods and supplies required to meet warehouse needs.
2. Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring adequate availability to support warehouse operations.
3. Ensure the quality of procured goods meets established standards.
4. Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
5. Prepare reports related to procurement activities and clearly document every transaction.
6. Collaborate with the warehouse operations team, logistics, and other relevant departments to meet company needs.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
3. In-depth understanding of the warehouse industry and operations.
4. Strong analytical skills to analyze data, market trends, and warehouse needs.
5. Excellent communication skills for negotiating with vendors and coordinating with various teams.
6. Effective negotiation skills to secure optimal pricing agreements. Knowledge of stock management and warehouse requirements.
7. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to identify and solve problems that may arise during the procurement process.
