Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Honda Printing Holdings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's warehouse operations in Batam Kota Riau Islands, Indonesia. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and supervise the warehouse team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse
3. Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to optimise stock levels and minimise waste
4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of goods
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
6. Analyse data and generate reports to provide insights on warehouse performance
7. Foster a positive team culture and provide coaching and mentoring to warehouse staff

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Proficient in inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
5. Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
6. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and data analysis tools. Mandarin reading and communication ability is preferred since the original version of information system is Chinese.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
