Warehouse Staff Semarang

Responsibilities:

1. Controlling warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
2. Perform daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
3. Support daily operations for Cody/ST and CT activity to provide the goods needed.
4. Ensure all items released correspond to WH Standard Operating Procedure.
5. Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery.
6. Ensure accurate product inventory alignment between system and physical counts.
7. Arrange all items based on their category and movement frequency.
8. Regularly generate detailed update reports to HQ.
9. Create improvements for WH operations efficiency.
10. Communicate with related divisions to gain insights as references for improvement activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of a diploma degree in a related field.
2. Deep understanding of Warehouse Operations Activity.
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Warehouse & Logistics Management.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Warehouse Management System.
6. Experience in Inventory Management.
7. Knowledge of Logistics.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and ERP systems.
