Warehouse Assistant in Indonesia - Your future position?
Being a Warehouse Assistant in Givaudan, a company leader in the fragrance and flavour industry, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment while performing tasks to include shipping, receiving, unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, relocating, and stacking product. You will report directly to the Warehouse Team Leader.

In this exciting role you will:

• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, RF scanner, hand pallet, hand forklift, etc) in accordance with instruction and procedure.
• Work in compliance with Good Warehouse Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and internal safety guidelines to ensure no injury or other related issues.
• Manage goods movement and maintain accurate records, and log information as required on daily work sheets to follow standardized procedures.
• Manage material requests from production, prepare and timely deliver to production.
• Follow inventory stock taking policy to get accurate reports on inventory levels within production storage area.
• Involve and contribute in the continuous improvement activities or initiatives.

Your professional profile includes:

• Minimum Senior High School.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position within the same industry is preferred.
• Having SIO.
• Basic EHS knowledge.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Willing to work in shifts.
