Job Description:

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager for one of our top clients, a growing E-commerce company. Check out the details below:

• Ensuring smooth operations across reception, storage, shipment, and becoming proficient in inventory management.
• Optimizing warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and streamline workflow.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring no shortages or excess, and keeping the warehouse secure and efficient.
• Ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high-quality standards for all goods.

Job Requirements:

• College degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, particularly in optimizing large warehouses.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Expertise in planning and optimizing warehouse layouts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain schedules.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian is required, with a basic understanding of English being a plus.
