Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all warehouse operations.
• Ensure the timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Optimize warehouse processes to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Implement inventory management systems to track goods effectively.
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure operational targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe workplace.
• Provide training on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Design and maintain an organized warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Implement labeling and categorization systems for ease of identification.
• Monitor equipment and facility maintenance to prevent disruptions.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in warehouse management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Proven experience in leading teams and improving warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and transportation operations.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
