Job Description

1. Supervise and provide direction and guidance to other employees, including the ability to assist in the provision of on-job training and induction, along with monitoring performance, progress, and reporting back to management.
2. Monitor safe work practices and adhere to safety measurements put in place by ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment and staff.
3. Manage and implement the warehouse roster and ensure there are enough trained staff to meet workload and demands, all in line with budget allocation.
4. Effective communication with other departments, staff groups, and customers as required.

Requirements

1. 4 years of experience in Logistic & Warehouse Management is preferred.
2. Communicative in English is a must.
3. Familiar with EXIM activity and bonded zone company.
