Job Description

1. Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize rental income across the company's warehouse properties.
2. Leverage market research and industry expertise to identify and target high-value tenants.
3. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with brokers, potential tenants, and key industry stakeholders to secure a flourishing leasing pipeline.
4. Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, securing favorable terms for the company while exceeding tenant expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
5. Foster seamless collaboration with development and property management teams to ensure properties are competitively positioned and cater to evolving tenant needs.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years experience in 3PL commercial management / logistics solutions.
3. A well-established network of industry contacts; understanding of the industrial real estate market dynamics will be advantageous.
4. Superior negotiation skills with the ability to effectively close deals and secure favorable lease terms.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex lease agreements and financial data with accuracy.
