Warehouse Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control warehouse operations from inbound to outbound to ensure they are in accordance with SOP and run smoothly.
• Create reports on all inbound and outbound transactions.
• Manage company inventory administration records.
• Ensure warehouse security and product quality.
• Ensure stock is in accordance with needs so that there is no shortage of capacity and dead stock.
• Ensure all warehouse work is carried out in accordance with the provisions and work instructions that have been set.
• Count stock (stock opname) every month and conduct cross-checks if there is a discrepancy between the stock count results and the goods on hand.
• Monitor the process and propose improvements that can improve team performance.
• Coordinate with other divisions regarding the distribution of goods delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in Warehouse Operations / Inventory is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
• Able to join immediately.
