Job description

Responsibilities

Maintain daily inbound activity from manpower schedule, compliance with supplier time window and process accuracy.
Communicate with supply chain & category team to solve issues and set forecasts.
Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security and 5S implementation.
Evaluate working flow to increase manpower productivity and service levels.
Conduct daily reports aligned with KPIs.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, with 1 year at a lead level.
Advanced knowledge of overseeing the inbound process.
Maintain compliance with inbound scheduling and inbound accuracy.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide added value for the internal division & all stakeholders.
Ensure standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
Excellence in leadership, communication, cost-consciousness, people development & plan execution.
Proficient in operating MS Office / G-suite (especially MS Excel / Google Sheets formulas and Google Slides).
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership.
