As a Warehouse and Yard Associate, you will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse and yard activities, which include receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, accuracy, and the delivery of inventory/equipment to internal and external customers. In Baker Hughes, you will work in a multi-racial environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Optimizing workflow, warehouse/yard layout efficiency, and collaborating with other departments as required to ensure on-time delivery and shipments.
• Achieving and maintaining Competency Assessments as required and other warehouse and yard duties/projects as assigned.
• Performing physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API).
• Performing data entry into respective systems timely & accurately.
• Complying with HSE & Quality policy for your assigned site. Diligently participating in HSE programs as assigned.
• Delivering as outlined in local service level agreements.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• Have effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication.
• Have experience in SAP.
• Be process-oriented and possess critical thinking skills.
• Be able to work in a team to deliver results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
