Warehose Operator

• Minimum 2 year experiences as Warehouse Operator
• Basic understanding in work safety and process safety of manufacturing.
• Able to differentiate colors is a must.
• Able to operate diesel forklift and reach truck, owning SIO Forklift would be advantages.
• Hard working, good communication, honest, good interpersonal skills.
• Maintains sales & production inventory and store it properly and no overloaded in Warehouse.
• Maintains inventory deviation between SAP and actual stock.
• Periodic cycle counting and annual stock count.

Job Description :

• Handling all incoming materials
  Handling all incoming materials (including packaging goods and diesel fuel) from external and Semi Finished Goods/ Finished Goods from Internal (Synthesis dept). Always attached all required documents, appropriate material name, batch number, quantity, P.O number & quality in actual compared to documents & SAP, getting good handling & safety start from unloading, taking sample till store to storage bin, identified and match storage bin between actual & SAP system.
• Picking up finished goods and Put away to bin
  Handling pick up of finished goods and put away to the storage bin correctly (actual and SAP system).
• Preparing required raw materials based on Transfer Order
  Preparing required raw materials physically based on Transfer Order and make sure all the material prepared correctly and tally, neat, picked up from right bin, material, batch, quantity, attached by right label, good packing condition, and ready to be delivered.
• Transferring material to production
  Handling activities in line with supply material internally to be appropriated with order requested and destination such as article number, material name, batch number, quantity, label, good packing condition, safe and good stacking either on delivery or in destination place and materials were delivered in time.
• Break bulking of material
  Repacking, wrap, re-pallet and rope material if necessary.
• Daily control of equipment
  Doing daily control for forklifts (diesel and electric), truck, etc maintenance in order to get minimal down time of those equipment.
• Cycle counting and annual stock count
  Doing periodical cycle counting and annual stock count to identify potential stock deviations and to balance the stocks between SAP system and actual.
• Following all instructions from superior & make daily report
  Following all instructions from superior & make daily report of all activity in related section in order to have clear picture and record of the section activities, keep going the coordination & teamwork among section.
• Work Safety and Process Safety
  Follows established work safety and process safety regulations to prevent potential work incident and accident.
• Safety & Cleanliness
  Maintains, controls, records and reports all house keeping, safety and hygiene duties of Warehouse area following the implementation of 5S standards.
