Waiter / Waitress

Isla Indah Lembongan sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Waiter / Waitress di Jungutbatu, Bali. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,200,000 - Rp4,200,000 per bulan

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain records of guest reservations, payments, and room availability.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments, and Cashier.
• Handle guest complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front office or customer service role (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• At least 2* Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill : Excellent spoken English and Communication
• Already located in Bali area
• Must be able to move to Nusa Lembongan
