Job Description
Oversee the Demand Planning, Warehouse & Logistics, Inventory, and Customer Service department.
Execute Indonesia's logistics and warehousing strategies, coordinating with 3PL providers for activities like product importation, local inventory management, and domestic transportation.
Collaborate with Local Commercial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Regional/Global Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
Manage supply chain expenses, including OpEx, freight, and duties, while ensuring cost optimization within budget.
Implement automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance forecasting, demand planning, and operational efficiency.
Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for key supply chain roles.
Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance speed to market.
The Successful Applicant
10-15+ years of experience across multiple supply chain functions, such as customer service, procurement, logistics, distribution, and planning.
High energy and adaptability to fast-paced, goal-driven settings.
Excellent ability to collaborate in multi-cultural and cross-time-zone environments.
Proven track record of optimizing supply chain performance and managing large-scale operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
