Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in food and beverage operations management. Proven track record of scaling operations and managing multiple business units.
• Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle). In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience analysing customer service metrics.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to market changes and implement operational controls.
• Strong focus on enhancing customer experience and fostering loyalty.
