Job Description

1. Leading the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across the digital channels.
2. Working closely with the leadership team to define the campaign goals and KPIs that align with business objectives.
3. Developing and implementing long-term growth strategies and goals for the company.
4. Overseeing customer acquisition strategies to drive top-line growth through paid, organic and partnership channels.
5. Monitoring and developing KPI and objectives with the rest of the team.
6. Recruiting, developing and leading a talented team.

Requirements

1. At least 8 years of working management in technology companies, technology startups.
2. Prior experience: growth, product marketing, or performance or digital marketing / campaign.
3. Master's degree or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from a related degree is a must.
4. Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
