Position Overview:
The VP of Marketing will lead and execute the overall marketing strategy for a leading construction and real estate company based in Bali. This key leadership role will focus on driving brand awareness, enhancing market positioning, and accelerating growth across multiple channels including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing. The successful candidate will oversee the marketing department, work closely with the sales and project teams, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives. Tailor campaigns to Bali’s unique real estate market and the company’s construction projects.
Lead efforts to enhance brand positioning and recognition in the construction and real estate sectors. Ensure the brand’s presence is consistent and impactful across all platforms.
Oversee the digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Drive lead generation efforts for both residential and commercial properties through paid and organic channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes creativity, accountability, and results-oriented performance.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring marketing campaigns support revenue growth. Collaborate with project managers to effectively market current and upcoming developments.
Build relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and media outlets to promote the company’s offerings and secure opportunities for public relations, media exposure, and partnerships.
Develop, manage, and track the marketing budget. Ensure cost-effective spending and return on investment for all marketing initiatives.
Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, exhibitions, property tours, and other experiential marketing activities.
