Description: This role will be responsible for managing all resources and activities related to product development and product management for IT & Network Infrastructure in order to compete in the market, achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and improve profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap along with inputs from cross-functional teams for Indosat B2B IT & Network Infrastructure Product.
• Collaborate with the partnership team to seek potential IT & Network Infrastructure Product partners.
• End-to-end IT Services Product Development (Opportunity assessment, Product detail design, Partner Management, Implementation & pre-launch preparation, Post-launch review).
• Periodically review and ensure current products still meet customer requirements and experience.
• Reconstruct existing products (if needed) to meet current customer requirements.
• Own product portfolio (profitability of products, commercial of products, etc.).
• Develop and mentor team members to achieve divisional objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisors, and implement actions such as promotions and dismissals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in handling IT Infrastructure including Data Center, IT & Network Managed Service.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a people manager.
• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or other related majors.
• Skilled in IT Infra (server, storage, laptop, DC) and Network Infra (router, switch, SDWAN, wifi) including its managed service.
• Highly preferred to come from IT Services, IT Consultant, System Integrator.
• Experience in Product and Presales team is a plus.
