Job Description

• Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain data security, and uphold data integrity across all platforms.
• Lead and mentor data teams (data science, analytics, and engineering), fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Drive advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and machine learning initiatives to generate actionable insights for growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the development of scalable data architectures and infrastructure, leveraging tools like big data platforms, cloud services (AWS, GCP), and machine learning technologies.
• Work closely with other departments (IT, marketing, operations, risk) to enable data-driven decision-making and strategies.
• Establish performance metrics for the organization, ensuring real-time reporting and clear communication of data-driven insights to executive leadership.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in data management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Expected to understand SQL, Python, BigQuery, Looker, MLOps based on python etc.
• Expertise in using analytics to solve complex business problems.
