What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inquiries via chat, email, phone, and SMS
• Process orders, refunds, and exchanges
• Recommend products and assist with shopping concerns
• Maintain organized customer records

What You Need:

• 1+ year of customer service or e-commerce experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work remotely
